L’alcool nuit gravement à la santé

Quelle que soit la boisson alcoolisée, un «verre» représente à peu près la même quantité d’alcool (25cl de bière à 5° = 3cl d’alcool distillé (wisky ...) et contient à peu près 10g par verre). Le taux d’alcoolisme est variable selon le sexe, le poids et l’âge de la personne.
